How does this plan works?
This is a hotspot plan which only works with mobile hotspot routers like Mofi4500 or Nighthawk, this plan will not work on phones.
Where can i get a sim card?
You can buy a sim card from us, or you can get it from local bestbuy/walmart store Net10 or TracFone (AT&T compatible sim card) will work
How soon can you activate my service?
Usually it takes 2-6 hours but sometimes due to delay at AT&T switch it might take a day(24 hours max)
How will i know that my service has been activated?
We will send you email/text of activation confirmation.
Do you recommend any device?
We do have few recommendations on our site please have a look on the site
How do i get started?
You need a hotspot device like Mofi 4500 and SIM card, after that sign up for the plan and get activated.
Is it truly unlimited?
Yes it is and it is un throttled as well.
Is there any contract?
There is NO contract at all.
The discount/special price is for every month ?
Yes, as long as your autopay is not suspended, you will be grandfathered in this plan.
What if I want it for a month only?
We can send you invoice of $100 for a month of service only. Please contact us for one month service and invoice.
What is the payment method?
Payment is processed via PayPal.
What if my payment skips?
Incase you payment is skipped we will contact you via email and text to update the payment information in PayPal. If for some reasons you are unable to do that you can send us the payment manually. If we do not hear from you then we will suspend the service.
What is the late fee?
When your payment is skipped we charge $20 as late fee for that month.
Can I get a refund?
Once activated we can not issue you refund.
