NETGEAR MR1100 (4G LTE Hotspot)
One the best 4G LTE hotspot device out there that is compatible with AT&T network that has Band 14 of LTE and supports 4x Carrier aggregation. Another advantage to be noticed is that it has an Ethernet port, meaning you can connect the Netgear or another mesh network system through ethernet port into the WAN port of the router, enabling virtually unlimited number of WiFi connections and wider range.
Note: This Device you can be purchased directly from BestBuy and it may or may not come pre-installed with the sim card. So ensure you get a brand new inactive sim kit. (Do not buy from AT&T store as they do not sell inactive sim cards)

How does this plan works?
This is a hotspot plan which only works with mobile hotspot devices like Netgear MR6150, MR1100 or MOFI 4500 router.
Where can i get a sim card?
You can buy a sim card from local BestBuy, Walmart, Target or select Family Dollar stores. You can also buy from the weblinks of those stores as below.

How soon can you activate my service?
Usually it takes 2-6 hours but sometimes due to delay at AT&T switch or our backlog, it might take a day or two (48 hours max)
How will i know that my service has been activated?
We will send you email/text of activation confirmation. Therefore, please ensure you save our email address & domain, i.e. reliable-internet.com to whitelist or your contacts so our emails do not end up in your email’s junk or spam folder.
Do you recommend any device?
We do have few recommendations on our site, however, here are a few models: MR6150 (5G & 4G LTE), MR6500 (5G & 4G LTE) & MR1100 (4G LTE)
How do i get started?
You need a hotspot device like MR6150, MR1100 or Mofi 4500 router and new inactive SIM card, after that sign up for the plan and we will contact you to get activation completed.
Is it truly unlimited?
Yes it is unlimited and it is unthrottled as well, however, still subject to deprioritization when network is congested.
Please do note, we consider it network abuse if your usage is well above 1TB a month, every month. However, should that be the situation, we will first contact you & if not resolved, we reserve the right to terminate the service without any refunds. We will still work with you to provide either an alternate solution or a high end plan.
Is there any contract?
There is NO contract, however, we are looking for customers who plan to use it on regular basis and not for a few months at a time only.
The discount/special price is for every month?
Yes, as long as your autopay is not suspended or canceled, you will keep the same rate. If your autopay keeps skipping every month, then we will need to switch to manual invoice rate, which means you will lose the $20 autopay discount. We will work with you to address the payment or billing issues in PayPal account.
What if I want it for a month only?
We do not offer service for one month only.
What is the payment method?
Payment is processed via PayPal.
What if my payment skips?
In case you payment is skipped, we will contact you via email or text to have you setup new autopay and cancel the old autopay. However, if you update the payment information in PayPal and it fails on the 2nd attempt, i.e. 5th day after the original autopay skip date, then late fee of $20 will apply.
If we do not hear from you by time provided in the email or text message then we will suspend the service and the same sim card cannot be reused. Therefore, it is important to notify us if you change your contact information.
What is the late fee?
When your payment is skipped 2nd time, we charge $20 as late fee for that month.

Can I get a refund if i cancel before the cycle?
Service is non-refundable, you will be able to use it till the end of cycle if you cancel the autopay. Service cancellation request must be notified to us 3 days prior to payment being processed or go in your PayPal & cancel your autopay at least a day before the payment is to be processed.
Important note: If you are not using the data and thinking you won’t be charged for it, is incorrect. Regardless of you use data or not, if we are not informed of you wanting to cancel the service or you do not cancel the autopay in your PayPal, it will not be refunded.
Can I use the service abroad?
Service can be used in Canada & Mexico for short trips.
Note: You cannot be roaming in Canada or Mexico full time.
